RETURN POLICY

There is a 15 day guarantee on all WCSC unopened products. Hardware must be returned in resalable form. Email to CustomerService@wcscnet.com to request an RMA in order to return a product. Any product received without a valid RMA will be returned.

There is no refund on special ordered products or downloads. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
