COMM-DRV/NT will not install on Windows Server 2003.

This issue was resolved with maintenance release v18.1e. We used a newer version of the installer to ensure full compatibility with Windows Server 2003. You can download the latest release <here>. Note that the same password for version 18.1 applies.
