Can I run an application written with COMM-DRV/NT under Windows 95 or Windows 98?.

Yes. You must however have COMM-DRV/VxD installed on the Windows 95 or Windows 98 computer instead of COMM-DRV/NT. The DLL CDRVXD32.DLL will determine if it is running under Windows NT / Windows 2000 or Windows 95 / Windows 98 and automatically talk to the appropriate driver.
