WCSC is
launching COMM-DRV/NT v18.1 on October 16th, 2000!!
This upgrade was released due to a ground swell of requests from a large
percentage of engineers using our products. We listened.
Please read below to view the new features of this upgrade.

Major New Features:
Three
new API functions were added as follows:
WCSCVxDWaitForEvent()
will put a Windows NT or Windows 2000 thread to sleep until the requested
event occur.
WCSCVxDCallbackOnEvent()
will callback a user defined function whenever the requested event occurs.
WCSCVxDDeleteEvent()
will delete an outstanding event.

Fixed Issues:
Millisecond
time measurements though correct could have a 10 millisecond discernable
resolution. This has been corrected when run on Pentium class CPUs.
